IN the notice declaring the land known as Otamatea Section 1, situate in Block V, Otamatea Survey District, to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47 of the 27th July, 1950, at page 1038, for "Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District," read "Tokerau Maori Land Court District."

IN the Order in Council setting aside Maori freehold land as a Maori reservation under section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1937, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 31 of the 18th May, 1950, at page 587, for "Kawhia O 24" read "Kawhia O No. 2, part Section 4."

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Matamata County, containing by admeasurement 1,982 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block VI, and Section 1, Block XI, Patetere North East Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 38/65, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (South Auckland Plan S.0. 34618.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of October, 1950.

Declaring Certain Crown Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Mamakumaru Development Scheme)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 40 acres 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, called or known as Maungatautari 4H 5A 1 Block, situated in Block IX, Maungatautari Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 469, folio 34 (Auckland Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1950.

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, called or known as Maungatautari 4H 5B 1 Block, situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Maungatautari Survey District, being the residue of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 293, folio 261 (Auckland Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1950.
