DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

THE partnership heretofore carried on at Mamaku by JAMES ALEXANDER CAMPBELL, LEONARD BLADES ERICKSON, and ROBERT ALEXANDER ERICKSON under the name of Erickson Bros. and Campbell, has been dissolved as from the 1st day of October, 1950, by the withdrawal of ROBERT ALEXANDER ERICKSON from the partnership. The business shall henceforth be carried on by the remaining partners, JAMES ALEXANDER CAMPBELL and LEONARD BLADES ERICKSON under the name of Erickson and Campbell.

WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, proposes to execute a certain public work—namely, to take land for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road—and for the purpose of such work the land described in the schedule hereto is required to be taken. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required for such public work is deposited in the office of the Waiapu County Council at Te Puia, and at the offices of Messrs. Nolan and Skeet, Solicitors, Gisborne, and is open for inspection by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of such public work who have any well-founded objection thereto must state their objection in writing and deliver it to the Clerk of the Waiapu County Council at Te Puia within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

AREA, 10 acres 1 rood 28 perches, Part Tikitiki A 1 Block; coloured orange on a plan deposited in the Survey Office at Gisborne under No. 4415 (blue), and situated in Block V, Waiapu Survey District, County of Waiapu, Gisborne Land Registration District.
