Also all that area of approximately 1,300 acres in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks IX and X, Whitianga Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersection of the Coromandel County boundary as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 21st day of January, 1937, page 235, with the western boundary of part Whenuakite No. 2 Block, as shown on the plan numbered 1726, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, and running easterly generally along the aforesaid county boundary to the North Head of the entrance of the Tairua Harbour; thence westerly generally along the line of the coast to the middle of the aforesaid entrance and along a right line to the middle of the channel of the Pepe Stream under the Tairua Bridge; thence up the middle of the said channel and the middle of the Pepe Stream, aforesaid, to a point in line with the southern end of the eastern boundary of Section 2, Block IX, aforesaid; thence northerly generally along a right line to and along the eastern and generally northern boundaries of Section 2, aforesaid, and along the western boundary of part Whenuakite No. 2 Block, aforesaid, to the point of commencement.

AREAS EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF COROMANDEL AND INCLUDED IN COUNTY OF THAMES
ALL that area of approximately 550 acres in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks VIII and IX, Hastings Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point, being the intersection of a right line between a point in the middle of the Waikawau River in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section I, Block VII, Hastings Survey District, and the southernmost corner of Section 20, Block IV, Whitianga Survey District, with the boundary of the Coromandel County, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 21st day of January, 1937, page 235, and running easterly generally along the aforesaid right line and that line produced to the middle of the Waiwawa River; thence southerly generally up the middle of the aforesaid river to the aforesaid county boundary; thence westerly generally along the county boundary to the point of commencement:
Also all that area of approximately 170 acres in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block VIII, Whitianga Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersection of a right line between the north-western corner of part Whenuakite No. 2 Block, as shown on the plan numbered 1726, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, and a point in the middle of the Kapowai River in line with the north-eastern boundary of Wharepapa Block and running easterly and southerly generally along the aforesaid right line to and along the western boundary of the aforesaid part Whenuakite No. 2 Block to the boundary of the Coromandel County, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the 21st day of January, 1937, page 235; thence north-westerly generally along the aforesaid county boundary to the point of commencement.

COUNTY OF COROMANDEL
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VII, Hastings Survey District, in the middle of the mouth of the Waikawau River and running northerly and south-easterly generally along the shores of the Hauraki Gulf and the Pacific Ocean to the middle of the entrance of the Tairua Harbour in Block X, Whitianga Survey District; thence westerly generally along a right line to the middle of the channel of the Pepe Stream under the Tairua Bridge; thence up the middle of the aforesaid channel and the middle of the Pepe Stream, aforesaid, to a point in line with the southern end of the eastern boundary of Section 2, Block IX, Whitianga Survey District; thence northerly generally along a right line, to and along the eastern and generally northern boundaries of Section 2, aforesaid, along the western boundary of part Whenuakite No. 2 Block, as shown on the plan numbered 1726, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, to its north-western corner; thence along a right line to a point in the middle of the Kapowai River in line with the north-eastern boundary of Wharepapa Block; thence up the middle of the aforesaid Kapowai River to a point in line with the southern boundary of the aforesaid Wharepapa Block; thence along a right line to and along the aforesaid southern boundary, along the southern boundary of Kahuwera Block, to and along the north-eastern, eastern, and south-eastern boundaries of Section 9, Block VII, Whitianga Survey District, along the generally south-eastern boundaries of Sections 8 and 7 of the said Block VII, and along a right line being the production of the southern end of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Starvation Creek; thence northerly generally down the middle of the said Creek to and down the middle of the Rangihau Stream to a point in line with the eastern end of the southern boundary of Section 6 of the said Block VII; thence along a right line to and along the generally southern and western boundaries of the aforesaid Section 6, along the western boundary of part Section 5 of the said Block VII, to and along the southern boundaries of Section 4 of the aforesaid Block VII, and Section 3, Block IX, Hastings Survey District, and the southern end of a public road and along a right line being the aforesaid end produced to the middle of the Waiwawa River; thence down the middle of the aforesaid River to a point in line with a right line between a point in the middle of the Waikawau River, aforesaid, in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VII, Hastings Survey District, and the southernmost corner of Section 20, Block IV, Whitianga Survey District; thence westerly generally to and along the aforesaid right line to and down the middle of the aforesaid Waikawau River to the middle of its mouth, being the point of commencement.
COUNTY OF THAMES
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the entrance of the Tairua Harbour and running southerly and westerly generally along the coast, to and up the middle of the Otahu River to its source; thence along a right line to the source of the Waipaheke Stream; thence down the middle of the aforesaid stream to and down the middle of the Hikutai and Waihou Rivers to the shores of the Firth of Thames; thence northerly generally along the aforesaid shores to the middle of the mouth of the Waikawau River; thence easterly generally along the Coromandel County boundary as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement, excepting thereout the Borough of Thames as described in New Zealand Statistics, 1918, page 264, and New Zealand Gazette No. 94 of the 31st day of July, 1919, page 2479.
FOURTH SCHEDULE
COROMANDEL RIDING, COUNTY OF COROMANDEL
ALL that area in the County of Coromandel, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shores of the Hauraki Gulf, being the north-western corner of the Coromandel Survey District and running easterly generally along the northern boundary of the aforesaid survey district to its intersection with the north-western boundary of Allotment 10, Wainuiototo Parish; thence southerly generally along the north-western boundary generally of the aforesaid Allotment 10, along the western boundary generally of Te Pungapunga No. 1 Block, crossing an intervening public road, to and along the north-western boundaries of Hikutawatawa Block, an area of Crown land, Piripiri No. 2 Block, along the northern boundary of Waitekuri Block, and along the northern and south-western boundaries of Te Ranga Block, crossing another intervening public road, again along the generally western boundary of the aforesaid Waitekuri Block, to and along the western boundary generally of part Opitonui Block, to and along the generally north-eastern boundary of Section 8, Block XV, Coromandel Survey District, along the western boundary of Section 7, Block XV, aforesaid, to a point in line with the southern portion of the eastern boundary of Section 14, Block XV, aforesaid; thence along a right line across a public road to and along the eastern boundary, aforesaid, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Mahakirau River; thence up the middle of the said River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XIV, Coromandel Survey District; thence along a right line to and along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 5, along the north-eastern and southern boundary of Waiparapara Block, to and along the eastern boundaries of Blocks III and VII, Hastings Survey District, to the Coromandel County boundary as hereinbefore described; thence westerly and northerly generally along the aforesaid boundary to the point of commencement.
WHITIANGA RIDING, COUNTY OF COROMANDEL
All that area in the Coromandel County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shores of Mercury Bay in the middle of the mouth of the Taputapuatea Stream and running southerly generally along the aforesaid shores of Mercury Bay and Whitianga Harbour to the easternmost corner of Ounuora Block; thence westerly generally along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Block, along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section II, Block V, Hastings Survey District, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 12, Block V, aforesaid, along the south-eastern, southern, and south-western boundaries of Section 13, Block IX, Hastings Survey District, and along the south-eastern boundary of part Waikawau Block to the Coromandel County boundary as hereinbefore described; thence westerly generally along the aforesaid county boundary to and northerly generally along the boundary of the Coromandel Riding as hereinbefore described, to the westernmost corner of Section 8, Block XV, Coromandel Survey District; thence easterly generally along the south-western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Section 8, aforesaid, to and along the southern boundary of Section 20, Block XII, Coromandel Survey District, along the southern side of a public road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 17, of the said Block XII; thence along a right line across the aforesaid public road to and along the north-western boundary of the aforesaid Section 17, crossing an intervening public road, along the northern boundaries of Sections 16 and 24 of the said Block XII, again along the northern boundary of Section 16, aforesaid, crossing another intervening public road, to and along the generally western boundary of Lot I as shown on the plan numbered 23264, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, being part of Weiti No. I Block, to the middle of the Taputapuatea Stream, aforesaid; thence down the middle of the aforesaid stream to its mouth, being the point of commencement.
WHENUAKITE RIDING, COUNTY OF COROMANDEL
All that area in the Coromandel County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the Coromandel County, aforesaid, as hereinbefore described, being the south-eastern corner of the Whitianga Riding and running northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid riding, as hereinbefore described, to the shores of the Whitianga Harbour; thence easterly and southerly generally along the southern and eastern shores of the said harbour, to and along the southern shores of Mercury Bay and the shores of the Pacific Ocean to a point in the middle of the entrance of the Tairua Harbour; thence westerly generally along the southern boundary of the aforesaid Coromandel County to the point of commencement.
