A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 15 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land in Proclamation No. 83, Westland Land Registry, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

Pursuant to section 5 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936.

ALL that area of land in the Rotorua County containing by admeasurement 639 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being Section 7, Block V, Rotoiti Survey District and being all of the land in certificate of title, Volume 821, folio 152 (Auckland Registry).
