A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October, 1950.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act, 1925; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 0.5 perches. Being the balance of Section 4 of Block III of the Hokio Maori Township, and being also part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 365, folio 233, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Moutere Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of September, 1950.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October, 1950.
