THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY IN NEW ZEALAND

A survey of social security in New Zealand from 1898 to 1949,
and the most comprehensive work on the subject yet published in
this country.

Of 180 pages, the book is divided into three parts—cash benefits,
health benefits, and finance. Each subject is dealt with in detail
and there is a comprehensive index.

The book will undoubtedly be of considerable interest to those
interested in social security and social services, and will be especially
valuable to University students.
