A. G. Cronin, Upper Takaka, Golden Bay, Nelson, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on general-store premises at Upper Takaka, Golden Bay, Nelson.

W. Hitch and Sons, Ltd., Park Avenue, Lower Hutt, has applied for permission to shift one pump from its present position in Park Avenue to a new site 300 yards distant and in Cambridge Terrace, Lower Hutt.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 5th October, 1950, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
