Land Taken for Street in the City of Napier

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street,
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
25th day of September, 1950.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 3·81 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 25l, part Town Section 355.

Situated in the City of Napier (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2462.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132333, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of September, 1950.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
7·13 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 10508, being part of the Town Belt adjoining Town of Wellington.

Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, City
of Wellington. (S.O. 22210.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 132377, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
