Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Town of Kaikoura, Marlborough Land District

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1950
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a paddock for use of Stock Department over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a hall site over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection 1 (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Wainui-o-mata Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Wainui-o-mata Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block XVII, Belmont Survey District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 1ยท6 perches, more or less, being Lot 106 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 14338, being part of Section 8, Lowry Bay District, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 531, folio 148 (Wellington Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1122A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
