A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital and shall vest in the Palmerston North Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of September, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 86 acres I rood 16·2 perches.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a State highway depot, is hereby set apart for Maori housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of September, 1950.
