Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hobson County, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 4·8 perches, more or less, being Section 15 and part of Section 14, Block X, Tutamoe Survey District, and being all the land contained and described in certificate of title, Volume 787, folio 110 (Auckland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 8/37, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plans S.O. 26653 and S.O. 27285.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1950.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Murchison County, containing approximately 120 acres, being Crown land situated in Blocks II and III, Arnaud Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of Section 4, Block II, Arnaud Survey District, thence towards the north-west by the aforesaid Section 4; towards the north-east generally by the Howard River; and towards the south and south-west by permanent State forest land (New Zealand Gazette, 1935, page 174), to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 115/6, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1950.

Crown Land Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 12·4 perches.
Being formerly part Railway land in Proclamation 7563.
Situated in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35463.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of August, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for social security purposes (medical practitioner's residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 8 perches.
Being Section 5, Town of Taupahi, Extension No. 2.
Situated in Block XI, Puketi Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of August, 1950.
