Add the following new paragraph:—

  1. In any case where the nature or condition of any goods is such as to require the payment, either of a special rate exceeding the ruling rates of pay, or of a special allowance in addition to the ruling rates of pay, for the handling, sorting, or carriage of such goods, then in addition to the charges that would ordinarily be payable to the Department there shall be payable, the extra cost incurred by the Department as a result of the payment of the aforesaid special rate or, as the case may be, special allowance.

Classification of Roads in Ellerslie Borough

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (9) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby revoke that Warrant classifying roads in the Borough of Ellerslie dated the 26th day of June, 1950,* and doth hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Ellerslie Borough shall belong to the classes of roads shown in the said Schedule.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (5) of the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1950, the Minister of Transport doth hereby approve the St. Kilda Borough Council's proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in the St. Kilda Borough.
