A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August, 1950.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

0 0 8 Section 24, Block I, Town of Wanaka.
0 0 16 Sections 22 and 23, Block II, Town of Wanaka.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130999, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with a right-of-way over the piece of land coloured red on Certificate of Title, Volume 29, folio 207, Nelson Land Registry, and leading into Hardy Street, is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (studio); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August, 1950.
