Notice is hereby given that the following Resolution was passed by the shareholders of the above company on the 30th June, 1950 :-

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that DOUGLAS EDWARD SOUTHWICK, of Rotorua, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator of the company."
