Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 22nd day of August, 1933, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the 31st day of the same month, at page 2137, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waiapu-Matakaoa Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing 64 acres 0 roods 2 perches, more or less, called or known as Tikitiki A 2 and situated in the Waiapu Survey District.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 28th day of September, 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 73 of the 8th day of October, 1931, at page 2922, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waiapu-Matakaoa Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing 144 acres, more of less, called or known as Tikitiki D 5 part (formerly part Tikitiki 1B (Hereumu) ) and situate in the Waiapu Survey District.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 30th day of June, 1933, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 50 of the 13th day of July, 1933, at page 1902, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land and such land is hereby excluded from the Waiapu-Matakaoa Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing 282 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, called or known as Tikitiki A 1 (now comprising Tikitiki A 1A, containing 281 acres 3 roods 7 perches; Tikitiki A 1B, containing 2 roods; Tikitiki A 1C, containing 2 roods), and situated in the Waiapu Survey District.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the notice issued by the Board of Maori Affairs on the 18th day of February, 1947, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 9 of the 20th day of February, 1947, at page 238, whereby the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing 187 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, situate in Block V, Waiapu Survey District, called or known as Tikitiki D 5 (part) formerly known as Tikitiki 1A (part) Block.

Dated at Wellington, this 31st day of July, 1950.
