ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the County of Manukau, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, where the left bank of the Pukaki Creek meets the line of mean high water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour and running westerly, northerly, easterly, and southerly, generally, along the boundary of the County of Manukau, as hereinbefore described, to and up the left bank of the stream forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 11 and 10, as shown on the plan numbered Whau 87, lodged in the Auckland Land Registry Office, being part of Fairburn’s Grant, No. 269A, to and along the north-western side of Portage Road, to and along the northern and north-western boundaries of the Borough of Papatoetoe, as hereinbefore described, to and along the southern side of Portage road, aforesaid, along the eastern side of the public road forming the western boundaries of Allotments 51 and 53, of the Parish of Manurewa and along a right line being that public roadside produced across the Waokauri Creek to its left bank; thence down the aforesaid left bank to and down the left bank of the aforesaid Pukaki Creek to the point of commencement; including Wiroa, Puketutu, Oruaruakihi, and other adjacent islands in the Manukau County.

BOUNDARIES OF THE PAPATOETOE RIDING, COUNTY OF MANUKAU

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the County of Manukau, bounded by a line, commencing at a point in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, where the left bank of the Pukaki Creek meets the line of mean high water spring tide of the Manukau Harbour and running northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the Mangere Riding, as hereinbefore described, to and along the south-western, south-eastern, north-eastern, and northern boundaries of the Borough of Papatoetoe, as hereinbefore described, again along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid Mangere Riding, to and along the north-western boundary of the County of Manukau, as hereinbefore described, to the left bank of the Pakuranga Creek; thence easterly generally up the aforesaid left bank, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 94, of the Parish of Pakuranga; thence along a right line to and along the southern boundary of Allotment 94, aforesaid, and along a right line being that boundary produced to the middle of Botany Road; thence along the middle of Botany Road, aforesaid, the middle of the public road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 7, of the aforesaid Parish, and along the middle of the Papatoetoe–Howick Main Highway, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 116, of the aforesaid Parish; thence along a right line to and along the southern boundary of Allotment 116, aforesaid, along a right line across a public road, to and along the southern boundary of Allotment 235, of the aforesaid Parish, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Maungamaungaroa Creek; thence southerly generally up the middle of that Creek, to and along the north-eastern side of a public road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 271, 273, and 275 of the aforesaid Parish, along the north-western, north-eastern, and south-eastern boundaries of the northern portion of Allotment 118 of the aforesaid Parish, to a point in line with the south-western boundaries of Lot 7, as shown on the plan numbered 4431, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry Office, being part of Allotment 131, of the aforesaid Parish; thence along a right line across a public road to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 7, aforesaid, and the south-western boundaries of Lot 8, as shown on the plan numbered 4431, aforesaid, along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 178 and 177, the north-eastern, north-western, and south-western boundaries of Allotment 138 of the aforesaid Parish, along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 153 and part 96, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 95, all the aforesaid Allotments being of the Parish of Manurewa, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned Allotment; thence westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of part of Clendon’s Grant, Parish of Papakura, as shown on the plan numbered 515, deposited as aforesaid, and along the north-western boundary of another part of Clendon’s Grant, aforesaid, as shown on the plan numbered 24865, deposited as aforesaid, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned part of Clendon’s Grant; thence along a right line, to the point of intersection of the eastern boundary of part of Clendon’s Grant, aforesaid, as shown on the plan numbered 16361, deposited as aforesaid, with the middle of a stream; thence down the middle of that stream, to and along the middle of Orams Road, to and along the north-eastern, north-western, and south-western boundaries of the Borough of Manurewa, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 73 of the 4th day of November, 1937, page 2438, to and along the middle of Browns Road, to and along the line of mean high water spring tide of Puhinui Creek and the Manukau Harbour to the point of commencement.
