IN pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by the
Samoa Amendment Act, 1949, and of every other power
and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Meleisea Felise
to be Samoan Assistant Public Service Commissioner under section 4,
subsection 1, of the Samoa Amendment Act, 1949, on and from
the 1st day of July, 1950.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 4th day of July, 1950.
