Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land :—

A. R. P. Being
2 1 29 Part Section 85, District of Suburban South ; coloured sepia.
1 1 6 Part Section 85, District of Suburban South ; coloured blue.

Situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9526.)

In the Nelson Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126593, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 3 roods 23 perches.

Being Crown land in Proclamation 3640.

Situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33751.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125818, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 1 acre 3 roods 35·5 perches.

Being part old river bed, Tengawai River.

Situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8159.)
