Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in the City of New Plymouth

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 39·47 perches.
Being part Moturoa Maori Reserve No. 1r No. 1, and part Moturoa Maori Reserve No. 1d, Grey District, the said part Moturoa Reserve No. 1r No. 1 being more particularly shown as Lot 5, D.P. 6085, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 152, folio 238 (Taranaki Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land taken: 6 acres.
Being first, 1 acre, being Lot 25 on D.P. 1580, and part of Section 227, right bank Wanganui River, Township of Matipo, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 106 (Wellington Land Registry). Secondly, 5 acres, being Sections 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 on D.P. 1580, and part of Section 227, right bank Wanganui River, Township of Matipo, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 147, folio 262 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of June, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a milk-treating house, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5·8 perches.
Being part Town Section 786.
Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8181.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131766, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital and shall vest in the Auckland Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14 acres 3 roods 31·3 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 32925, being part Allotment 45, Pukekohe Parish.
Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Borough of Pukekohe), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35917.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131613, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32·03 perches.
Situate in Block V of the Belmont Survey District, being part of Section 62 of the Porirua District, and being also Lot 5 on D.P. 12953 (Town of Porirua East Extension No. 3), being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 513, folio 170 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 2 roods 21 perches.
Situate in Block I of the Belmont Survey District and being the Maori Land Court subdivision known as Mahinawa Section 3073, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 504, folio 92 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1950.
