SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Westland Land District, being portion
of the Grey County, bounded by a line commencing at the mouth
of the Ten-mile Creek in Block I, Cobden Survey District, and
proceeding thence in a northerly direction along the sea-coast to
the mouth of the Punakaiki River; thence south-easterly and
north-easterly generally along the boundary between the Buller and
Grey Counties to the intersecting point of the boundaries of the
said counties and the boundary of the Inangahua County; thence
south-easterly generally along the boundary between the Grey and
Inangahua Counties to a point of intersection with the boundary
of the Grey Electric-power District, as at present constituted, on
the western bank of the Otututu River in Block X, Mawheraiti
Survey District; thence westerly generally along the northern
boundary of the Grey Electric-power District, as at present con-
sti tuted (which boundary is defined in the First Schedule to the
Proclamation dated the 20th October, 1922, and published in the
Gazette of the 26th October, 1922, at page 2851), to the point of
commencement. As the said area is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked S.H.D. 116, deposited in the office of the Minister
in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department, and thereon
edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1950.

Additional Land at Addington Taken for the Purposes of the Hurunui-
Waitaki Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of
the District of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned ;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 17th day of July, 1950.

28·8 perches.

for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the
District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned ;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 17th day of July, 1950.

a portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion
of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation).

of a war memorial and shall vest in the Takaka Town Board as from
the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July,
1950.
