Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State Forest land.
SCHEDULE
Westland Land District.—Westland Conservancy
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, Westland County, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Bruce Bay Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of Section 777, Block X, Bruce Bay Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction along the south-eastern boundary of part Reserve No. 1650—provisional State forest (Gazette, 1935, page 173)—to the south-eastern corner of Reserve No. 420, Block IX, Bruce Bay Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along the north-western boundary of part Reserve No. 1650—provisional State forest (Gazette, page 2845)—to the Maitahi River; thence in a northerly direction generally along the left bank of the Maitahi River to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 777 aforesaid; thence by a right line to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 138/22, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1950.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
Marlborough Land District.—Nelson Conservancy
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough County, containing by admeasurement 50 acres 3 roods 23·6 perches, more or less, and being Section 60, Block I, Wakamarina Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 104/42, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Marlborough plan S.O. 3970.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of July, 1950.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section 18 of the Forests Act, 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
South Auckland Land District.—Auckland Conservancy
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taumarunui County, containing by admeasurement 1,361 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 1, Block XV, Puketapu Survey District and being formerly part of Waituhi Kuratau 4A Block. As the same is delineated on plan No. 53/11, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (South Auckland Plan S.O. 34104.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1950.
