IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution dated the
27th day of June, 1950, the above company has resolved as
follows:-
" That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members of
this company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same
and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
" That DAVID KEITH, of Invercargill, Accountant, be appointed
liquidator."
In accordance with the provisions of section 300 (7) of the
Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that a meeting of
creditors will be held at the offices of Messrs. Reid and Jones,
47 Esk Street, Invercargill, on Friday, 7th July, at 10.30 a.m.
