Notice of Adoption Under Part IX of the Maori Land Act, 1931
Office of the Maori Land Court, Tairawhiti District, Gisborne, 28th June, 1950.
IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder has been made by the Maori Land Court under the provisions of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

Price Order No. 1170 (Amending Price Order No. 1076) (Apples and Pears)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1170, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1076* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 10th day of July, 1950.

The First and Second Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 1167,+ are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor respectively:—

- (1) Price Order No. 1167+ is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said Order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this Order.
