IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section 61 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Opotiki and Waioeka Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, a sum not exceeding ten pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Hukutai a Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
OPOTIKI AND WAIOEKA DOMAIN.—GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENTS 82, 83, 84, and 85, Parish of Waioeka: Area 174 acres 1 rood, more or less.
