A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion
of the Wellington – New Plymouth Railway (Turakina–OkOia
Deviation).

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

A. R. P. Being
0 1 24·3\ Road through Section 270, left bank, Wanganui
0 0 33·4/ River.

Situated in Block VII, Ikitara Survey District. (S.O. 20460.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109390, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green, edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1950.

(Aeradio Station) in Block XI, Mt. Fyffe Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use,
convenience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome (aeradio station), and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 10th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

Kaikoura Suburban District.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131779, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for sanitary works and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Hutt as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 10th day of July, 1950.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 39·51 perches.
Being Lots 5, 6 and 7, D.P. 1694, and being part Section 31, Harbour
District, and being also all the land comprised and described in
