Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1949, as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.--NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 404 acres 1 rood 5·3 perches, more or less, and described generally as follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 147 acres, more or less, being Section 36 of Square 2, situated in Block IV, Wai-iti Survey District.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 257 acres 1 rood 5·3 perches, more or less, being Sections 51, 53, and part Sections 8 and 52 of Square 2, together with Section 54, Block V, Waimea Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 68, folio 230, and Volume 107, folio 55 (Nelson Registry).
As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 102/27 and 103/34, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.--SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Waitaki County, containing by admeasurement 305 acres 0 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Section 5, Block IX, Otepopo Survey District, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, shown on Deposited Plan 6616, Otago Land Registry, being Sections 57, 39, and parts of Sections 37 and 38, Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 94 (Otago Land Registry). As the same is delineated on plan No. 188/6, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
