Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

W. M. Hunter, 57 Gladstone Road, Parnell, Auckland, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from four pumps to be installed on proposed service-station premises at 57 Gladstone Road, Parnell, Auckland.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District containing 100 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, called or known as Whatitiri 13q 2 and situate in Block IX, Purua Survey District.
