THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

- The said Council shall prepare a report each year ending on
the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of receipts
and expenditure in connection with the said reserve. Such report
and statement shall be sent to the Minister charged with the admin-
istration of the said Act as soon as possible after the close of the year. - The said Council shall control the said reserve in accordance
with the provisions of the said Act and of the regulations made
thereunder.

Vesting the Control of Scenic Reserves in the Ship Cove Reserve Board

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities con-
ferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation
Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand doth hereby vest the control of the reserves
described in the Schedule hereto (being lands reserved under the
said Act) in trust for the purposes of scenery preservation, as from
the date of this notice until the fifth day of October, one thousand
nine hundred and fifty-three (unless previously altered or revoked
under the said Act), in the Ship Cove Reserve Board, as constituted
by notification dated the sixth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-eight, and published in Gazette of the fourteenth
day of that month.
