Regulation 72, paragraph 2: Omit this paragraph, and substitute the following:—

  1. Except as otherwise provided, the charge when computed at Class E plus 25 per cent. or 50 per cent. will not be less than when computed at Class E single rate with 4s. 0d. per ton added, provided that the charge at Class E plus 25 per cent., Class E plus 50 per cent. or Class E single rate with 2s. or 4s. per ton added shall not be greater than when computed at Class D.
