The charges computed on the rates as set out in Regulation 140, paragraph 7 (b) and paragraphs 17 to 63 inclusive, with the exception of the rate of 1d. embodied in paragraph 35 and the rate of 11d. for New-Zealand-grown fresh fruit, &c., embodied in paragraph 45, which is advanced to 1s. 3d., will be increased by 12½ per centum; minimum increase, 1d.
