CORRIGENDUM

IN the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 2nd day of March, 1950, proclaiming land as street in the Borough of Foxton and published in Gazette No. 15 of the 16th day of March, 1950, at page 274, read “ 1 rood 27·2 perches ” for “ 27·2 perches ”.

Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 33 perches.
Being Lot 5, D.P. 13141, being portion of Allotment 82, Manurewa Parish, Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 307, folio 326 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of April, 1950.

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Dannevirke

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 19·7 perches.
Being part Lot 8, D.P. 7909, being part Suburban Section 77.
Situated in the Borough of Dannevirke (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2438.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131336, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a dehydration factory; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.

0 0 28·8 Part Allotment 39, Pukekohe Parish; coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Borough of Pukekohe), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35009.)

In the North Island Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131326, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1950.
