A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for a post-office is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May, 1950.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart : 1·91 perches. Being part of Lot 293, D.P. 152, being part of Subdivision R, Manchester Block. Situated in Block I, Gorge Survey District. (S.O. 21956.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the leasehold estate of Robert William Tibble, of Nelson, Bricklayer, held under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 2166, leasehold certificate of title, Volume 75, folio 111 (Nelson Land Registry), in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for a milk-treating house; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Charles Robertson Hay, of Dunedin, Farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 6763, Otago Registry, is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May, 1950.
