A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twenty-nine of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street :—

0 0 3·1 Part Lot 1 of Crown Grant No. 14422; coloured sepia.
0 0 22·8 Part Lot 3 of Crown Grant No. 14422; coloured blue.
0 0 20·7 Part Section 22; coloured yellow.

All situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34387.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131132, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1950.
