   | | Special Conditions.—No person shall take or kill imported or native game while occupying any stand, hide, loo, or position, as commonly used by duck-shooters (hereinafter referred to as a stand) which has been duly claimed by any other licence-holder in accordance with the following provisions :—
   (a) A stand may be claimed by the planting thereon at any time after noon on the 8th day of April, 1950, of a stake with a board attached having plainly marked thereon the name and address of the claimant and the number of his licence :
   (b) No person shall claim more than one stand :
   (c) No stand shall be claimed on or within 100 yards of a stand which has already been duly claimed by any other person, except with the consent of such last-mentioned person :
   Provided that in the case of any stand erected on that portion of the Waitaki River which is within the district, no person shall claim a stand within 200 yards of a stand which has already been claimed by any other person, except with the consent of such last-mentioned person :
   Provided further that nothing in this clause contained shall be deemed to affect in any way whatsoever the rights of owners or occupiers of any lands in respect of shooting on such lands. | | | |

    (c) No stand shall be claimed on or within 100 yards of a stand which has already been duly claimed by any other person, except with the consent of such last-mentioned person :
    Provided, however, that any stand which is not occupied by the claimant by 7 a.m. on any of the aforesaid days may be occupied on that day by any other licence-holder :
    Provided further that nothing in this clause contained shall be deemed to affect in any way whatsoever the rights of owners or occupiers of any lands in respect of shooting on such lands. | | | |
