Declaring Stopped Government Road in Block II, Onewhero Survey District, to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of stopped road declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 32.2 perches.

Being stopped Government Road in Proclamation No. 4990.

Situated in Block II, Onewhero Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20126.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45017, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1950.
