Declaring Portions of Railway Land Near Springfield to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :—

1 2 7 Railway Land in Proclamation 129, Canterbury Registry, formerly part Reserve 1798, situated in Block XI, Kowai Survey District ; coloured sepia.
0 0 1·3 Railway Land in Proclamation 129, Canterbury Registry, formerly road, situated in Block XI, Kowai Survey District ; coloured blue.
2 1 21 Railway Land in Proclamation 129, Canterbury Registry, formerly Tramway Reserve, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Kowai Survey District ; coloured orange.
2 1 10 Railway Land in Proclamation 129, Canterbury Registry, formerly Tramway Reserve, situated in Block XII, Kowai Survey District ; coloured orange.
All in Tawera County. (S.O. 8188.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1950.

Crown Land Set Apart for an Automatic-telephone Exchange in Block VII, Waipahi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 5·8 perches. Being part Railway Reserve.
Situated in Block VII, Waipahi Survey District. (S.O. 9799).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130640, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1950.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130984, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of March, 1950.
