Also all that area of approximately 15 acres in the Manukau County bounded by a line commencing at the northern corner of Lot 17, as shown on plan numbered 13843, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of Allotment 44, Parish of Manurewa, and running westerly generally along the western boundary of the said Lot 17, to and along the northern boundary of Lot 2, as shown on plan numbered 20852, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the said Allotment 44, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 22, as shown on plan numbered 15328, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the said Allotment 44; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 22, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Pah Road; thence along the middle of the said road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 31 as shown on the said plan numbered 15328; thence along a right line, to and along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 31 to its north-eastern corner; thence easterly and southerly generally along the northern boundaries of the Recreation Reserve, Lots 3 and 1, the aforesaid lots and reserve being as shown on plan numbered 21314, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the said Allotment 44, to and along the boundary of the Borough of Papatoetoe as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41 of the 10th day of June, 1946, page 807, to the point of commencement.

Also all that area of approximately 38 acres in the Borough of Papatoetoe, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern side of Portage Road with the south-western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway and running south-easterly along the aforesaid south-western side to a point 74·8 links distant north-west of the northern corner of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 17028 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being part of Allotment 36, Parish of Manurewa; thence north-easterly generally across the said railway, and along right lines bearing 39° 17′, distant 506·85 links, bearing 129° 17′, distant 219·2 links, and bearing 39° 17′ to the north-eastern boundary of the land shown on the plan numbered 15811, deposited as aforesaid, being another part of the aforesaid Allotment 36; thence westerly generally along the northern boundary of the aforesaid borough as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 41 of the 10th day of June, 1946, page 807, to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and forty-nine of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Hobson County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
