Price Order No. 1125 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1108)
(Cream)
P URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and
Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1125, and shall be
read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1108*
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order.) - This Order shall come into force on the 13th day of February,
- The maximum price that may be charged for any cream sold
on or after the 13th day of February, 1950, shall not exceed the
appropriate price specified in the Schedule to the principal Order. - Every Price Order and approval authorizing the selling-price
of cream and in force on the coming into force of this Order shall be
read subject to the provision of this Order and shall be deemed to be
amended accordingly. - (1) The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking
clause 2 thereof.
(2) Price Order No. 1111† is hereby consequentially revoked.
Dated at Wellington this 9th day of February, 1950.
