Notice of Intention to Take Land for Scenic Purposes in Block III, Tryphena Survey District
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for scenic purposes: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Tryphena and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 40 acres 3 roods 2 perches.
Being Allotment S.E. 101, Parish of Aotea.
Situated in Block III, Tryphena Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35049.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129853, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in the City of Timaru for Housing Purposes
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited at the post-office at Timaru and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 acre 31-1 perches.
Being Lots 70, 72, and 73, and part Lots 71 and 74, D.P. 437, part Rural Section 2019.
Situated in the City of Timaru (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130457, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in the Borough of Brunner for Social Security Purposes (Surgery and Waiting-room)
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a surgery and waiting-room—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Brunnerton and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of such public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
