IN the List of Stock-remedies registered under the Stock-remedies Act, 1934, published in the Gazette No. 70 of the 17th November, 1949, at page 2676, delete the stock remedy “Cooper’s ‘Kill All’ Animal Insecticide Dust” set opposite the name of Cooper, McDougall, Robertson (N.Z.), Ltd., Auckland.

Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Waipahi to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 5·8 perches.
Being part Railway Reserve.

Situated in Block VII, Waipahi Survey District, Clutha County. (S.O. 9799.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10126, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of December, 1949.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 29·2 perches.
Being part Section 87, Block VI, Maungatua Survey District.

Situated in Taieri County. (S.O. 9797.)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
