IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for railway purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

Recreation Reserve in Marlborough Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Kaikoura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kaikoura Domain Board.

SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6·6 perches, more or less, situated in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District, and being part Section 414, Town of Kaikoura. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/312F, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Pounawea Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Pounawea Domain Board.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 24·92 perches, more or less, situated partly in the Township of Pounawea, being Lots 1 and 4 on the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 6377, and being part Sections 57 and 65, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 332, folio 135 (Otago Registry.)

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block III, Sandy Survey District, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Lots 30, 40, and 71, on the plan numbered 13009 (Town of Himatangi Beach), deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington, being also part Manawatu Allocation Block No. 1, and being also part of the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Volume 505, folio 210, and Volume 506, folio 134 (Wellington Registry).
