(5) Except for the purpose of consuming feed running to waste
and keeping the pasture in good order, no stock other than travelling
stock, and one horse as may be required for the use of the caretaker
appointed by the said Council, shall be permitted to graze within
the boundaries of the said reserve.
(6) The said Council shall prepare a report each year ending
on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of receipts
and expenditure in connection with the said reserve.
A copy of every such report and statement shall be sent to the
Minister of Lands as soon as possible after each financial year.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been set apart as a reserve for a kindergarten site: And
whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should
be vested in the Auckland Kindergarten Association Incorporated:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seven-
teen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928, doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve in the Auckland
Kindergarten Association Incorporated.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto was vested in the Westport Borough Council for
a reserve for aerodrome purposes by an Order in Council dated the
eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
six, and published in Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of that
month, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council
should be revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection two of section seventeen of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby
revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a pilot and
signal station over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and
doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928

November, 1949

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril
Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves
for recreation in the Gisborne Land District described in the Schedule
hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation
of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the
said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form parts of the Titirangi
Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain by the Titirangi Domain Board.
