Land Held for Better Utilization Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block II, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for better utilization is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for health purposes (district nurse’s cottage); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Wellington Taken for Transport Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 24871, Wellington Land Registry, by British Filling Stations, Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office in the City of Wellington, is hereby taken for transport purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
