Temp. Lieutenant J. A. Banks, 26th Composite Anti-Aircraft Battery (disbanded), is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, 6th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment, R.N.Z.A., with the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 9th May, 1943. Dated 1st May, 1949.

Temp. Lieutenant W. P. Maxwell, 7th Medium Battery, R.N.Z.A. (disbanded), is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, 4th Medium Regiment, R.N.Z.A., with the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 14th May, 1944. Dated 1st May, 1949.

With reference to the notice published in the N.Z. Gazette No. 51, dated 1st September, 1949, relative to Lieutenant C. R. Mark, for “ and is posted to the 3rd Field Regiment, R.N.Z.A.,” substitute “ and is posted to the 63rd Battery, 6th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment, R.N.Z.A.”

The Nelson, Marlborough, and West Coast Regiment—

Temp. Major C. F. S. Caldwell ceases to be seconded to the Nelson College Cadets, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, 3rd Armoured Regiment, R.N.Z.A.C., with the rank of Major, with seniority from 20th September, 1945. Dated 1st May, 1949.

Temp. Captain N. S. Tankersley ceases to be seconded to the Nelson College Cadets, Area 9, and is posted to the Retired List with the rank of Captain. Dated 7th September, 1949.
