NOTICE is hereby given that SUPPLY LAUNDRY AND TRI-
CLEANERS, LIMITED, has changed its name to N.Z. TOWEL
SUPPLY AND LAUNDRY LIMITED, and that the new name was this
day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former
name.

THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District
of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the
Public Works Act, 1928, for a public school, the following additional
land—viz., all that piece of land situated in the Provincial District
of Auckland containing two roods nine decimal one perches (2 roods
9·1 perches), more or less, being Lots 33 and 34 on a plan deposited
in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 15800 (Town of Oneroa
Extension No. 10), which said piece of land is portion of Allotment
263 of the Parish of Takapuna and is the residue of the land com-
prised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 681, folio 257, of
the Register-books of the Land Registry Office aforesaid. All
persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in
writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land and
to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication
of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland
at its office in Wellesley Street East, Auckland.

PURSUANT to section 22 of the Public Works Act, 1928, public
notice is hereby given that the Motueka Borough Council
proposes to take for street purposes certain lands fronting High
Street in the Borough of Motueka ; such lands comprise a strip
approximately 16 ft. 6 in. in depth and extending from and including
Lot 24 on Deposited Plan 1575, southwards along the western side
of High Street to the southern boundary of part Reserve H, part
Section 162 at Whakarewa Street, such lands being parts of Section
162, Motueka. A plan of the land so proposed to be taken is
deposited at the office of the Town Clerk, Motueka, and is open for
inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons
