Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

K. B. Lusty, Winter Street, Fairfield, Hamilton, has applied
for a licence to resell motor-spirit from four pumps to be installed
on proposed service station premises at Whatawhata.

A. C. Noble, Otaki Service Station, corner of Main and Aotaki
Streets, Otaki, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from
five pumps to be installed on service-station premises at corner of
Main and Aotaki Streets, Otaki.

Walter Taylor and Co., Ltd., Hawea Flat, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirit from three pumps to be installed on
garage premises at Hawea Flat.

H. D. Coop, Pipiwai, R.D. Whangarei, has applied for a licence
to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on garage
premises at junction of Three Mile Bush Road and Pipiwai.

for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on
dairy factory premises at Monavale.

Bunn Bros., Ltd., R.D. 2, Putaruru, has applied for a licence
to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on sawmill
premises at Waiaraka Road off Maraetai Road.

Blue Star Taxis (Christchurch), Ltd., Christchurch, has applied
for permission to move two pumps from present position at premises
7 Hereford Place, to new premises at 287 Moorhouse Avenue,
Christchurch, where a drive-through access will be provided.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 13th October, 1949, submit
any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
