Additional Land Taken for a Recreation-ground in the Town District of Warkworth

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Warkworth Town Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 19Β·5 perches.
Being part Allotment 50, Mahurangi Parish.
Situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District (Warkworth Town District), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34413.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129871, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1949.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (depot).

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Development of Water-power (Depot) in Block XIII, Town of Lumsden

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from His Majesty the King by Annie Marshall of Lumsden, Widow, as Executrix of the will of John Marshall, deceased, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 9839, Southland Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water-power (depot).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 1 rood.
Being Section 6, Block XIII, Town of Lumsden (Education Reserve) and being part of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 11, folio 71 (Southland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1949.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Otorohanga Town Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 98 acres 2 roods 24 perches.
Being Part Orahiri No. 2 Section 5B 2A.
Situated in Blocks III and IV, Orahiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33616.)
