(5) £75 per annum deduction made from salary for board and lodging. (6) £60 per annum deduction made from salary for board and lodging. (7) Plus £100 per annum living-out allowance. (8) To receive £30 per annum allowance when acting as Night Sister for a period exceeding three months and £10 per annum allowance when acting as Theatre Sister. (9) £400 per annum payable if same as Public Works Department Leading Hand. (10) At any point in the clerical scale. (11) Plus board and lodging. (12) Applies to a holder of Psychiatric Certificate. (13) Same as clerical scale. (14) Maximum at any point within the scale.
