PURSUANT to the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908, the following names of officiating ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

Notice to Persons Affected by Application for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Manufacture of Petrol Pumps

Gilbert and Barker Manufacturing Co. (Aust.) Pty., Ltd., Huntley Street, Alexandria, New South Wales, has applied for a licence to manufacture petrol pumps.

Pharmacy Industry

I. G. Short, 61 Kensington Avenue, Dominion Road, Auckland, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Tokoroa.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

E. L. Nichols and H. L. R. Whittle, Fairview Garage and Service-station, corner of Rose and Fairview Streets, Christchurch, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed inside garage premises at the corner of Rose and Fairview Streets, Christchurch.

C. H. Fenton, Parakai, Helensville, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Parakai Springs, Helensville.

T. N. Mouat, Lower Palmerston Street, Westport, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on garage premises at Lower Palmerston Street, Westport.

Kaponga Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., Kaponga, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at branch factory premises at Rowan.

A. Dale, Cameron Road, Gate Pa, Tauranga, has applied for permission to transfer motor-spirits retail licence in respect of one pump from its present location to a new site some 200 yards on opposite side of the road at the corner of Main and Oropi Roads, and to install one additional pump.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 22nd September, 1949, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
