A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the water-rights appurtenant thereto granted by Memorandum of Transfer No. 278209, Wellington Land Registry, and subject to the reservations as to coal, gold, and silver endorsed on the Certificates of Title referred to in the said Schedule, for electric works and shall vest in the Horowhenua Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 35 of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 749, taking land for better utilization, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
